| | Short Description of My Current Work
Currently I am responsible for managing the YouthActionNet® Global Fellowship program (supporting young social entrepreneurs from around the world), coordinating the Starbucks Youth Action Grants program, and assisting in the development of YouthActionNet®Institutes in Asia and the Middle East.
Professional History
Prior to joining IYF, I worked as a Senior Program Associate at GlobalGiving where I established and maintained relationships with social entrepreneurs leading development projects around the world and connected projects to individual and corporate funding. I graduated from the University of North Carolina as a Morehead Scholar with a degree in Economics, and while at UNC I spent time conducting a senior thesis on HIV/AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa, studying abroad in Madagascar, interning in South Africa, and cheering on the Tar Heel basketball team.
